Competitive Rates:
I only charge $50au per hour providing support.
Email support is charged per hour of research required.
Support request enquiries and appraisles are free.
Call out cost is covered (for local areas) in 1st hr block.
Payment can be made via Paypal for email or cash for call out.
[Minimum of 1 Hour blocks charged for any type of support]


    * No question is too simple.
    It doesn't matter if your stuck with a really technical question
    or if you have a question you think is too simple to ask!
    I consider every question important and encourage
    asking of even the most mundane or trivial queries.

    Installation of both Fedora & Ubuntu
    Configuration/Setup of
    Networking/Wifi,
    Internet connections,
    Audio & Video,
    Printers & Scanners etc.

    * Home setup and usage training
    Basic Linux System usage training: Files Folders and Desktops
    Basic Open Office usage training" Documents & Spreadsheets
    Help with various applications such as
    Email, Web browsing & Podcasts
    Video & Audio editing
    Home DVD Authoring etc.

    * Clarification on current issues with Linux usage
    Information on Skype for Linux and alternatives
    Help resolving external peripheral problems
    ie. Webcams, Bluetooth, iPods/mp3 players etc.
    (Not all peripherals are compatible with Linux)
